I was told that they couldn't help me . He said you will have to get at&t to help you. I later mentioned my phone issue to a friend who straightened the issue out right away. Oh, by the way. My friend dos'nt work for at&t. They , unlike Verizon was just willing to help. Just so you know about the store.
