  Had a great shopping experience at Sears outlet. Deals so great, I went in Saturday only to comparison shop & my new washer is being delivered Monday :-) Scott was a great help. He was extremely knowledge and even told me how my 3yr old washer at home actually broke. The lid locking mechanism was broken & it makes this loud obnoxious noise when it spins. Scott told me it was because all high efficiency washers need to be balanced yearly or the drum & components get out of wack & eventually break the machine. No one ever told me this before & he said most ppl don't know this. Most salespeople just want to sell, not actually help the customer. So now I know how not to make the same mistake with the new one. Anyway, the whole experience was great & I couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else. I'd reccomend this place & Scott any day!

  Great deals. Great service. Scott was very personable, knowledgeable, and made the headache of replacing an on the fritz appliance almost enjoyable. Having worked in retail sales myself, I expect a certain standard of service, that Scott met and exceeded! I will certainly shop with Scott again!
