  Excellent service! Dropped off my dead laptop Sunday at close. Eric did a great job explaining the potential issues and how to resolve each. He gave quotes for each resolution, answered all my questions and was very professional. It was ready Tuesday and they did everything promised at a very reasonable cost. It’s now better than new with a solid state hard drive and all my data restored! An excellent experience from beginning to end.

  I would personally rather gouge my eyes out than go to Best Buy, and this is my store. They treat me amazing, give me advice, and do things that just make you feel good about going to a business that isn’t a conglomerate. If you’re having PC issues, or need some parts, go here. I promise. I review places all the time and this is at the top of my list. Anyone who left a bad review here could have easily called the store and talked to the awesome manager, Dave, and it would have been fine.
